Bascom Realty is a real estate firm located in Arlington, Tennessee.  The company is comprised of 7 key individuals: Glen Bascom II, Glen Bascom Sr., Raymond Bursi, Hal Downing, Paul Gagliano, Christine Gaiennie, and Steve Farnsworth.  Bascom Realty was founded in 2005 and is co-owned by Glen Bascom II and his father, Glen Bascom Sr.

Glen Sr. retired from Morgan Keegan in 2005 after a lengthy career.  Glen II has been in the real estate buisness for over 8 years, specializing in land sales and commercial property.  Glen is very active in the real estate industry serving on local and state committees with the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, as well as serving on local committees with the Memphis Area Homebuilders.  Glen II is a former Alderman for the Town of Arlington and has served as Chairman of the Design and Review Committee, member of the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals. Glen II is a member of the Realtors Land Institue and is President for the Tennessee Chapter in 2008.  Glen II is President elect of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce.
